A Deposit is required to book an initial walkthrough. Once we set an appointment, an invoice for $50 will be e-mailed to you which can be paid through Intuit Quickbooks secure site. This Deposit covers the walkthrough appointment and one design layout (about 5-8 hrs of labor in total). The deposit is due before the initial appointment in order to reserve the time slot.
If the walkthrough contains multiple projects resulting in multiple layouts, the additional layouts will be $30 ea. and reflected in the final project invoice.
The Initial Consultation (or walkthrough as I often refer to it) appointment runs between 30 min. to an hour long. This is where we discuss the project and what works/what doesn’t work/and how you wish the area in question would work! I will take reference photos, measurements, and notes on our conversation, then work on a design layout over the next few days that covers multiple options for materials and products needed, product pricing, and estimates on labor.
Labor is charged by the hour at $30 an hour. This includes any research/consultation time spent on your project. Any estimate is a best estimate on how long the project might take, not a guarantee, so this is subject to change from the initial consultation to the final invoice.
Products and Tools that are purchased specifically for the project will be included on the invoice. Sales tax will be included in the final total.
Mileage and Retrieval Fee covers time/mileage acquiring the products and tools to be used in the project. There is a flat $30 fee or 25% of the product total (whichever is greater) for all projects.
Invoices will be emailed to the client through QuickBooks. This offers a secure server in order to accept credit card payments safely for both parties. Payment is due within 24 hrs of the final day of service.
Design Services are also available – these are hands off, super detailed project designs that you can implement yourself (Organization and Visual Consultation). There is still an initial consultation appointment, initial layout, and appointment deposit required. After decisions are made, a detailed design will be created to ensure all project components are covered. This design is priced by labor. Once final approval has been given, products can/will be picked up/sourced and delivered.
Gift Certificates are available for those looking to give the gift of an organized home. There is a $75 minimum for the certificates which allows the gift to cover the initial consultation deposit, walkthrough, initial layout, and one hour of labor.
